Das Primärlogo unterscheidet sich je nach betroffenem Team: Wenn eine Maßnahme lediglich das soccer-Team betrifft, werden die soccer-Logos verwendet. Wenn es um die luhbots als Gesamtteam geht, sollen die allgemeinen luhbots-Logos verwendet werden.  
Das Sekundärlogo ist identisch.

Es gilt: Primär werden die Logos mit Farbe verwendet. Sollte es für ein bestimmtes Design erforderlich sein, ein komplett weißes Logo zu verwenden, wird dies einzelfallbezogen im PR-Team abgestimmt.

Neues Bildmaterial für spezifische Anlässe soll qualitativ hochwertig sein, weshalb in den Bereichen Fotografie, Bildbearbeitung, Videografie, Filmschnitt und Grafikdesign gern auf die Kompetenzen des PR-Teams zurückgegriffen werden kann.

# Regeln für Digitale und Druckprodukte

1. Es gelten die oben genannten Regelungen zu Name, Logos, Schriftart, Farben und QR-Codes.
2. Texte werden im Blocksatz und mit Silbentrennung formatiert.
3. Auf textuelle Formatierungen wie kursiv und unterstrichen ist zu verzichten.
4. Es werden nur Bilder ohne Logo verwendet.
5. Lesbarkeit und Anschaulichkeit stehen an erster Stelle, das heißt Folien/Seiten/etc. dürfen nicht mit Text/Bildern überladen sein.

# Vorlagen

Für einige regelmäßig verwendete Medien existieren Vorlagen, die im Regelfall zu benutzen sind. Sollte es für einen bestimmten Anlass erforderlich sein, von einer Vorlage abzuweichen, wird dies einzelfallbezogen im PR-Team abgestimmt.
