Einstellungen

In Email-Client einbinden 

 Die Email kan in einem Email-Client eingebunden werden. Dabei muss bei der Einrichtung Manuell o.Ä. ausgewählt werden. Die folgenden Einstellungen werden dann dazu benötigt: 

 Für alte @luhbots.de Adressen: 

 Incoming Server:

 Url: mail.luhbots.de

 IMAP Port: 993

 POP3 Port: 995

 User Name: vorname.nachname@luhbots.de

 Connection security: SSL/TLS

 Authentication method: Normal password

Outgoing Server:

 URL: mail.luhbots.de

 SMTP Port: 465

 User Name: vorname.nachname@luhbots.de

 Connection security: SSL/TLS

 Authentication method: Normal password 

 Für neue @luhbots-hannover.de Adressen: 

 Incoming Server:

 Url: mxe96b.netcup.net

 IMAP Port: 993

 POP3 Port: 995

 User Name: vorname.nachname@luhbots-hannover.de

 Connection security: SSL/TLS

 Authentication method: Encrypted password

Outgoing Server:

 URL: mxe96b.netcup.net

 SMTP Port: 465

 User Name: vorname.nachname@luhbots-hannover.de

 Connection security: SSL/TLS

 Authentication method: Encrypted password 

 Zusätzlich fügen auch immer eine E-Mail Signatur an. Da in der Vergangenheit eine Signatur in HTML-Form mit Bildern dazu geführt, dass unsere Mails im Spam gelandet sind, beschränken wir uns auf simplen Text. Beispiel: 

 Vorname Nachname
